Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIV introduces its officer traits and scenarios
Anybody who loves strategy games is probably eagerly awaiting the release of Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIV (RTK14 for those who want to save their breaths). The game won’t release until February 28 next year, but Koei Tecmo Europe already gave us a sneak-peak at some things to expect when the time comes. There will be seven scenarios to play through, each composed of various important events from that time period and the battles that happened there. As for the officers: there will be over 1000 to choose from, each with their own combination of traits that will alter the way they play. They will also have character specialties that can include objects unique to the officer in question, such as Cao Cao’s book or Lu Bu’s horse.
Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIV is available for preorder now, anybody purchasing the game within two weeks of launch will also get an additional scenario ‘Battle of Yiling’ for free.
