SteelSeries introduces the next generation of Areox mice
Ever eager to improve their range of esports mice, SteelSeries, the worldwide leader in gaming and esports peripherals unveiled their latest additions today. The Aerox 3 Wireless and Aerox 3 gaming mice were engineered for ultralight performance and optimized for the fastest swipes. The 2022 editions of these pro-level mice not only include a new Snow colorway, but also feature 100% virgin grade PTFE glide skates. This means that gamers can beat the competition to the trigger, because when milliseconds count, speed matters.
The SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless 2022 Edition boasts 200-hours of continuous wireless gameplay in either 2.4 Ghz or Bluetooth modes. With a weight of a mere 68 grams, this ultra-light mouse provides gamers with lightning-fast untethered performance. Flawless clicks and a stable, reliable signal are provided by the next-gen Golden Micro IP54 Switches and Quantum 2.0 Dual Wireless. The fun doesn’t end there though: the TrueMove Air optical sensor ensures pixel-perfect tracking. Rounding out the mouse’s features are the PTFE glide skates, an IP54 rated water-resistant AquaBarrier, 3-zone RBG lightning, and USB-C fast charging.
Meanwhile, the SteelSeries Aerox 3 2022 Edition aims to provide the fastest possible experience thanks to its lightweight design. Coming in at only 59 grams, the Aerox 3 was designed with speed and effortless gameplay in mind. It boasts the same PTFE glide skates and next-gen Goden Micro IP54 Switches, which were rated for 80M clicks. The TrueMove Core optical gaming sensor and soft super mesh USB cable provide more accuracy and less drag. Just like its wireless brother, the Aerox 3 also features an IP54 water-resistant Aquabarrier and 3-zone RGB lighting.
