Take your game to the third dimension with ChessFinity

The world’s most popular and well-known board game, chess, is being redefined. Find out for yourself with ChessFinity‘s demo on Steam! ChessFinity takes the well-beloved, classical 1v1 game that is played on a 2D grid and goes beyond. From now on chess is no longer restricted to being solely 1v1 as the game opens it up to more than three or even four players, for a threeway fight or an exciting 2v2. Besides opening the game up to multiplayer strategies ChessFinity opens up a myriad of possibilities by unlocking the ability for the pieces to move in the third dimension.
So whether you are a chess noob looking to start to learn the game or a veteran who is eager to challenge themselves ChessFinity provides you with the DIY platform to test as many new strategies as you want. As a player, you are free to design your own board, including but not limited to, the amount of spaces, how many 3D layers and how far those extend, how your pieces are displayed, and the size of your tiles. As if this variety wasn’t enough they also added yet an additional game mode called ‘Mana Chess’ which fuses a card game together with chess.
Needless to say, the only limit in ChessFinity is your own imagination. ChessFinity is currently available as a free demo on Steam. People who are interested in trying out the randomness of online play, as well as wanting to help the development of the game can sign up for the multiplayer early access by emailing the dev team.
