The Caligula Effect: Overdose – Too perfect is never good.
Today NIS America announced three awesome new games: The Princess Guide, The Caligula Effect: Overdose and RPG Maker MV. This post we are going to give you some more information about The Caligula Effect: Overdose.
The Caligula Effect: Overdose is set in an idyllic world called Mobius. This world was created by a sentient Vocaloid program, μ (Mu), in order to let people forget about the pain and problems of reality. People living in Mobius can relive their high school years in peace. However, reality and fantasy have become blurred and it seems like trouble has appeared in what is supposed to be a perfect world. Escape the false virtual paradise that is Mobius together with your friends.
It is always better to go on an adventure together so over 500 other students can be befriended in this “paradise”. The Caligula Effect: Overdose is a remake of The Caligula Effect and features enhanced visuals and gameplay. New scenarios and endings have been added to give the player even more gameplay and choices. Develop new strategies using the feature Imaginary chain that has been added to the normal JRPG turn-based battle system. The imaginary chain is a feature that lets you predict what enemies do next.
The Caligula Effect: Overdose will be released in 2019 for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Steam
