The first expansion for Stranger of Paradise is out now!
Today sees the release of Square Enix’s Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin’s first expansion. Titled Trials of the Dragon King, this exciting new DLC was developed in collaboration with Team NINJA of KOEI TECMO GAMES, creators of the NINJA GAIDEN and Nioh series. The expansion tells an original story that takes place after the events of the main game. After the sudden appearance of Bahamut in the Cardian Archipelago, Jack and his friends go to investigate to determine if this is a friend or foe.
The Trials of the Dragon King expansion delivers the following new content:
- New missions – After completing the main storyline, players can dive into new missions and experience an original story about the Dragon King Bahamut.
- New jobs and new weapon type – A new weapon type, the Staff, and three new jobs are added with this DLC: Pilgrim, Evoker, and Summoner.
- Accessories – Players can now assign accessories to their characters for special effects and better stats.
- Level BAHAMUT – After completing the main storyline, players can try the new difficulty level BAHAMUT.
Players who can’t get enough of their adventures with Jack, Ash and Jed can look forward to the future release of two additional chapters titled “Wanderer of the Rift” and “DIFFERENT FUTURE.” Players can play each of these expansions through the game’s Season Pass, which is included with the Digital Deluxe Edition.
