Tokyo RPG Factory introduces its newest project
Last night, Tokyo RPG Factory introduced his newest and second title called Lost Sphear which is pronounced as ‘Lost Sphere’. This Square Enix studio focuses on blending the nostalgia of classic Japanese role-playing games with the new technology for a new generation of gamers. Lost Sphear continues to build on the popular elements of ‘I Am Setsuna’, the debut title of Tokyo RPG Factory, and offers an improved gameplay system with a revised Active Time Battle combat system that lets players change their strategy and positions during combat. Also, the game offers uninterrupted environments and varied locations to explore.
The adventure of Lost Sphear begins in a remote town. Here, the boy Kanata awakens a thrilling dream to discover that his place of residence has disappeared. To prevent the world from disappearing forever, Kanata and his friends must rebuild the world around them with memory power, transforming ideas into matter.
Lost Sphear will be available digitally for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, the Nintendo Switch console and Steam(PC) at the beginning of 2018. Lost Sphear will also be available in physical form but only exclusively through the Square-Enix Store for both PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.(click either platform if you want to pre-order). If you pre-order it through the SE store, you’ll receive two exclusive music tracks.
