Urban Myth Dissolution Center’s demo returns

Ahead of its February 12, 2025 launch on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, developer Shueisha Games has re-released the critically acclaimed demo for their upcoming psycho-detective game, Urban Myth Dissolution Center. First showcased during the 2024 Autumn Steam Next Festival, the demo helped the game surpass 100,000 wishlists worldwide. It offers approximately 1.5 hours of gameplay, allowing players to experience the first episode. In the demo, players take on the role of Azami Fukurai as she begins her journey with the Dissolution Center. She is introduced to her colleagues: Jasmine, a skilled but unmotivated partner, and Ayumu Meguriya, the wheelchair-bound psychic director of the agency. The narrative challenges players to question trust and unravel mysteries in Azami’s first case.

Urban Myth Dissolution Center is a single-player psycho-detective adventure where players control Azami Fukurai, tasked with investigating paranormal phenomena while managing the daily operations of the Dissolution Center. Azami’s unique ability to see the memories of places through her glasses aids her in solving cases involving cursed relics, dimensional anomalies, and otherworldly beings. The game is set to be released worldwide on February 12, 2025, and in Japan on February 13, 2025, for PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5.
