Warhammer 40.000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunter Developer Diary 2
Today Noah Decter-Jackson and Peter Schnabi are happy to release the second developer diary for their upcoming game Warhammer 40.000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters. In the newest episode, the Creative Director Noah and Lead Designer Peter are joined by Senior Programmer David Reimer to introduce the main antagonist of the new campaign and how players will battle ‘the Bloom’ across individual missions and the entire sector. The Bloom infects a planet and mutates the forces of Nurgle. This will challenge players as they’ll need to evolve their strategies against the never-ending onslaught of enemies. Not only will the enemies evolve during gameplay, but the Bloom itself will also have different strains that increase the danger of combat missions on infected planets.
The game will be released on PC through the Epic Games Store and Steam in 2022.
