Downward Spiral: Horus Station developer showcase
A developer showcase is the time in the game’s creation where the masterminds behind the project tell you some more inside information about it. In this video the artists talk about Horus Station’s visual style and why this theme is chosen. As is immediately noticeable is the nostalgic feeling this game emits as it has been made in homage to 70’s Sci-Fi production design. Horus Station reminds us of the wedding between the dark and nostalgic System Shock and the zero gravity space exploration of Hellion. Coming from a Finnish development team that spends a lot of time playtesting its work, we are looking forward to updates from this project and if this sparked an interest we have the first gameplay trailer as well.
