Dying Light novel announced to be a prequel
Dying Light, the upcoming action survival game, will get a novel that will act as a prequel to the events shown in the game. Earlier today, Techland announced that the final touches are being put on the novel titled Dying Light: Nightmare Row.
Raymond Benson, author of over thirty published novels including Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell and Metal Gear Solid, mentions that “writing the origin story for Dying Light was an exciting adventure”. The novel will take the reader a few days prior to the outbreak that laid the city of Harran in ruins. Benson further explains that “the folks at Techland created a rich and intriguingly bleak setting for the game” and that all fans of the zombie fiction genre, “gamers and readers alike, are in for a real treat”.
More details about the novel Dying Light: Nightmare Row will be announced soon but fans of the zombie genre will not have to wait too long as the videogame Dying Light will be releasing on January 27th in the USA and January 30th in Europe for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
