Earn your place as a hero in Diablo IV’s cathedral!

The iconic imagery of Diablo IV has been brought to life in a deconsecrated cathedral in France by a team of famous artists, including renowned baroque artist Adam Miller, who painted 20 unique canvases covering the ancient ceiling and dome, and a massive mural along the back wall. The installation also features a filmed journey through the cathedral, directed by Henry Hobson and voiced by Charles Dance from Game of Thrones, which allows viewers to experience the space, the artwork, and the effects of the battle for themselves. The installation is part of a campaign by Blizzard Entertainment to bring the game’s central images and scenes to life in a gothic setting.

Diablo IV is one of the most anticipated games of 2023 and will be released on June 6. An Open Beta is scheduled for 24 – 26 March 2023, and those who pre-order will get early access from 17 March to 19 March 2023. A select group of lucky gamers will also have the chance to be included in the artwork itself. Eligible gamers who jump into the Open Beta in March will have the chance to be selected and painted into their own scene as a Diablo hero battling Lilith’s evil.
