It’s the second anniversary of Sky: Children of The Light, global celebration time
Thatgamecompany, creator of Journey, Flower, and Sky: Children of The Light, is having its second anniversary of Sky. The studio recently shared that Sky had already managed to get 100 Million downloads ahead of its June 29th Nintendo Switch launch. As another example to show how influential the game has become, it also recently had a collaboration with the children’s book The Little Prince (Le Petit Prince).
To honor Sky’s two-year anniversary, thatgamecompany has designed a small celebratory surprise event that starts today. The event takes place within the game for players to come together and unlock Birthday Hat cosmetics, Birthday Cake items, and a Birthday Flag stage item. As another surprise, there’s a new volume of Sky’s music coming out.
