Mantic Games is turning Worms into a board game
Video games start to find their way to board game land more and more. We’ve seen some World of Warcraft games, a Dark Souls game, a Stardew Valley game, and so much more! Not to even mention all the Monopoly reskins that try to sell the same game over and over. Some video games’ mechanics and stories we don’t see translated to a board game properly, but others should be easily transformed! Worms is probably one of those games that could work very well. Just get some cards with weapons on them, or a throw of the dice to do damage! We don’t know anything about the actual board game yet though, but if you want to stay up-to-date, you can check the Kickstarter page and get notified on launch.
