Meg’s Monster Lost Memories DLC drops three years after its initial release
Almost three years after the original Japanese release of Meg’s Monster (and about two and a half years since we, as a Western audience, got to play it), the emotional JRPG made by developer Odencat is receiving new content. This new content comes in the form of a DLC called Lost Memories, a collection of short prequel adventures that showcase the backstories of five different characters and thus expand on the world of the game. From the looks of it, the vibes will stay very similar to the original, with a narrative focus and turn-based combat. And that’s not all the new stuff either! To explain events between Meg’s Monster and the Lost Memories DLC, Odencat also dropped a free-to-play browser game that you can find here, playable on all devices. The DLC itself is available right now on Steam.
