Video game music mixtape by Teki and Nick

We often remember classic games for their colorful looks and quirky characters. However, sometimes it’s the soundtrack we just can’t seem to forget. We bet subconsciously you remember sounds from Mario, Pokémon and Final Fantasy as they are true classics. Since we’re talking about older games, it makes sense we also take about mixtapes. There is a good chance if you belong to the younger generations, that you don’t remember cassettes or the joy of trying to record several songs from the radio or other cassettes into a mixtape to give to the boy/girl you had a crush on. For the past year, notable Parisian club DJ (and Japanese video game music fan) Teki Latex and Nick Dwyer have been working a mixtape project to combine classic Japanese video game music with more recent club music. I am an Illustrator/Artist who studies Concept Art and Game Design in my free time. Designing things is in my blood and I am always very curious in making games. Motivated and dedicated to become better in every way I can. You only live once and I intend to fully enjoy it! As for gaming itself I do prefer to play the following games: FPS, RPG, Action Adventure Games, Fighting Games, Hack and Slash.
