Worms W.M.D releases update for Nintendo Switch
The Worms franchise first saw the light of day way back in 1995, it has since then spawned several very successful games. The Worms series has sold over 12 million units worldwide.
This is a fun game to play with your friends and the gorgeous hand-drawn 2D look is ideal for both young and old. Team17 released a free update for its hit turn-based strategy Worms W.M.D on Nintendo Switch. New features include brand new weapons, the introduction of crafting, vehicles and buildings. Also the well known weapons that fans used to play with are still included such as the banana bomb, bazooka and ninja rope to name a few. Worms W.M.D on the Nintendo Switch adds the ability to capture videos of your most memorable victories and defeats and invite friends to play online matches. Worms is available to download for the Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop and currently has a 20% discount for a limited time. It is also available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Mac and Linux via Steam or GOG.
