Cardfight!! Vanguard Stride Deckset: Nightrose
Only recently, Stride Deckset -Harri- was featured on the site, but that wasn’t the only Stride Deckset released at that time. Cardfight!! Vanguard Special Series 03: Stride Deckset -Nightrose- is also currently available, and it offers a well-rounded package. The Stride mechanics are here to stay in the Standard format, as they offer players more options for deck-building. If you are unfamiliar with how the Stride mechanics work, we suggest reading our original Chronojet Stride Deckset article by clicking here.
Just like the Harri Stride Deckset, the Nightrose Stride Deckset comes in a regular version and a Premium version. The regular version will include a solid storage box, the deck, sleeves, and fighter coins. It’s a solid base package, providing you with all you need to start playing Cardfight!! Vanguard. The Premium version comes with a good-looking rubber playmat, a bigger storage box that can hold a lot more cards, a premium deck box, and several other cool items. It’s a great package for those who want a bit more bling when playing Cardfight!! Vanguard, as the Nightrose deck itself consists of fully foiled cards. If you decide to invest in the Premium version, you’re also making a future-proof investment, as the Stride Decksets remain relevant in the game’s current meta. Even the older Stride Decksets are still great, competitive decks.
A new keyword that comes with the Nightrose Stride Deckset is Hollow. When you declare certain units to be Hollow, they gain additional effects, but they sadly go to the Drop Zone at the end of the turn. This allows you to perhaps gain a temporary boost for a turn to gain the upper hand. The Harri Stride Deckset revolved around calling units from the Soul, but Nightrose does things differently. In this Stride Deckset, it’s all about your Drop Zone. You can call units from the Drop Zone, but you’ll also discard a lot more cards than many other decks do. It’s a fairly new way of playing for the Standard format players, but it’s a lot of fun too. You can prepare for your next turn(s) simply by seeing what units you may (or may not) have in your Drop Zone.
These Decksets are a great investment, which is something we have mentioned in pretty much every Stride Deckset article in the past. You’ll receive a competitive deck that is playable out of the box, and you’ll often have a future-proof package. Of course, you can always customize these Decksets further with your preferred Trigger lineup and other cards you can find in Cardfight!! Vanguard Booster Packs. If you are thinking of picking up a Stride Deckset, but you don’t know where you can try out your newly acquired Cardfight!! Vanguard playing skills, be sure to check out the official Bushi Navi app. Here you can see where local store tournaments are played, and you can even join special events that reward you with cool promo cards or even other goodies.
