Sword Legacy Omen: The Heroes Of Broken Britannia – announcement
Today, Firecast Studios and Fableware Narrative Design announced their new game Sword Legacy Omen: The Heroes Of Broken Britannia. The game will be a tactical RPG in a medieval setting. You will meet unlikely allies and heroes in your quest with Uther Pendragon while on his quest for vengeance. Each hero will have some unique passive and active abilities and all of their different skillsets are going to be needed to turn the tide of battle.
The Heroes of Broken Britannia
Uther: The Fallen Knight – The leader of the group and one of Britannia’s greatest champions. Set on a path of revenge after the savage murder of his Lord and craving blood. Destroy your enemies with heavy sword attacks, breaking their morale in savage close-quarters combat.
Flint: The Wild Keeper – A Faye, Flint comes equipped with a bow and a precise aim. His vigilant eye and wicked spirit gives players long ranged support in any combat situation. draw upon the wilds of the woods and fight alongside the team and your pet raven.
Gwen: The Devious Thief – Dashing among crowds and emptying passers by’s pockets, Gwen is adept in using her skilled hands, and the only thing sharper than her tongue are her daggers. Outflank your enemies, use cloak and dagger to your advantage, and exact vengeance on your enemies with brutal blows before returning to stealth.
Felix: The Faithful Priest – The all important healer, Felix uses his faith in the goddess Terah to aid his comerades in curing their wounds and helping to buff your armor and weapons. Don’t be fooled however, as he will also have the ability to curse your enemies, because Felix is a little… odd.
Gorr: The Gutsy Blacksmith – The second Faye of the group, Gorr can use the power of the smelt to torch enemies in a devastating inferno. Lay brutal iron traps for your enemies to fall into, leaving them vulnerable for a merciless smack of the hammer.
Merlin: The Eldritch Sorcerer – Everyone has heard tales of the cryptic old man who travels the land of Broken Britannia. Hailing from an unknown origin and with power beyond measure, Merlin is able to use an arsenal of powerful spells to burn, electrocute and bewitch foes.
Duanne: The Loyal Lancer – An inexperienced lad whose love for adventure drives him to conquer all fears and travel the world. Duanne uses the lance to aid his friends by dragging enemies into range, using the weapon’s size to his advantage by slashing multiple foes at once.
Ferghus: The Fearless Barbarian – Don’t bother telling Ferghus the times are changing and vicious battles of yore are over. This fearsome Barbarian of brutal strength obliterates his enemies with devastating blows from his long axe. Rough, tough and ready to fight, Ferghus is a stoic cold remnant of a culture on the verge of radical change.
