Cardfight!! Vanguard DZ Booster Pack 06: Generation Dragenesis
It hasn’t been that long since we received great deck support and new Ridelines in DZ Booster Pack 05: Omniscient Awakening, and it’s already time for even more new deck recipes! Cardfight!! Vanguard is showing a lot of love to older decks in DZ Booster Pack 06: Generation Dragenesis, making them very competitive again. In DZ Booster Pack 06: Generation Dragenesis, you’ll find support for Glitter decks, the first two Stride Decksets, and even Gramgrace and Favrneel get their time to shine again. We were quite stoked about this set, as we were able to bust out a few older decks for the occasion.
Even though DZ Booster Pack 06: Generation Dragenesis has loads of interesting cards, such as Dragonic Kaiser Vermillion “THE BLOOD”, Scarlet Flame Ash Dragon, Gandeeva Masques, Genesis Dragon, Trans-else Messiah, Interdimensional Dragon, Chronoscommand Dragon, and Great Sage of Scheol, Solrairon Masques, we will only be looking at a few cards for this short article. We’ll be taking a look at Purgatory Great Dragon Emperor, Favrneel Rheingold, and Sword Saint Knight Dragon Emperor, Gramgrace Sieg. Both of these cards are very interesting for players who are just starting out with Cardfight!! Vanguard, as they are great for the two Stand Up Decksets.
Purgatory Great Dragon Emperor, Favrneel Rheingold complements the Favrneel Stand Up Deckset quite well, as you’ll not only power up an already fun Deckset, but you’ll make things a bit easier for late-game play. You’ll be able to pull off the Stand effect of your Vanguard easier, meaning you’ll be able to pressure your opponent with very strong attacks. Sword Saint Knight Dragon Emperor, Gramgrace Sieg also powers up the abilities of the original Gramgrace by adding additional effects to your back row center Rear-guard. Not only will that Rear-guard get additional power, but also an additional Critical. This allows you to apply more pressure and force your opponent to play defensively.
