Champion Shift drifts onto Early Access later this month
Developer SRG Studios is proud to announce the Early Access release date for their upcoming action roguelike Champion Shift. Enter a world threatened by a shadow corporation deadset on ultimate control called Dominion. Their hordes of minions have taken over the streets, waiting for their next challenge to take down. Luckily there is a band of renowned warriors breaking free of their chains and coming for Dominion’s toughest challengers.
Take on the role of these formidable fighters, each of them being a legendary warrior, and punch your way through this roguelike adventure. Each of the characters has mythical abilities and a unique playstyle inspired by their personality. Use Gilgamesh’s gauntlets for brute force or wield Sun Wukong’s spear to take down groups of enemies. Unlock a ton of extra features, like rotating chakrams for additional range or a talisman to deal more damage. Gather upgrade points while you fight your way through the map to create a unique build and make every run different. But the greatest ability is the option to shift into a high-speed sports car at the press of a button. Collect fuel orbs and race to your next destination. This feature offers endless opportunities, like using the car as a battering ram or cutting through enemies with flaming tire treads.
